In the end one bottle of DMSO ended up costing me around 100€ minus an ebay refund of about 15€ so the overall extra non refundable cost was about 35€. Sellers not adding Voec numbers to shipments is a major problem. Atleast 1 in 3 cant seem to get this done. The seller first offered me a refund, then stopped replying, hence the negative feedback.
