    Hi Iam Sam,

    I love to find and and recycle items to save landfill, I started doing this as a hobby and now turned it into a part time business to allow me to spend time caring for my husband.
    So now on a journey trying to balance caring and a self-employed lifestyle.

    So with my ethos of recycling I use mainly second hand boxes to pack my items and bubble wrap when I can find.

    I do not claim to be perfect but Iam honest and will always try to resolve any issues that may arise.

    Jewellery box was just as described and small dint is now covered with a glittering star ! It was excellent value and the packaging ensured it was safely delivered and on time too. The seller's communication was also excellent and was happy to enclose brooch which I was buying at the same time and refund extra postage. 5 stars all round - I would not hesitate to buy from this seller in the future.     The purchase was totally trashed by the Evri delivery service but not the sellers fault as soon as pictures and message sent a refund was despatched to me and I can’t thank Samantha enough for her prompt action. I would definitely recommend this seller and hope to come back again. 100% recommended 😊

    Before I bought this radio Samantha and I discussed my requirement for the Air Band to be operational. She even sent a video but the frequencies heard were not in the correct range. The radio arrived superbly packaged. I obtained a power lead and unfortunately AB is not working properly. When I let her know, a refund was issued almost immediately. What a nice eBayer- recommended.

    My package arrived quickly & was securely packaged. Unfortunately the items were too small but that was not the sellers fault. The communication was excellent & the seller was happy for me to return them & refunded me so quickly. Definitely a great seller that I would recommend
