Unfortunately first I was very sick and I lost all my orders, The other problem is that my engraver gave up on a me a few days ago, and I'm totally devastated as eBay is my only way to be able to work from home. My husband can't work he is bedridden, I'll promise as soon as my engraver is back I will sort out ordes.MY ENGRAVER IS FIXED I'M TRYING TO LIST ALL MY DESIGNS AGAIN. Sincerely Alica

I did get a refund but it wasn't about getting my money back, it was about getting the service that I paid for, the item to be delivered and on time. It was supposed to be for a birthday present but because of the poor service, I had to rush around to buy something else.... If an issue they should've changed delivery time on the ad. Not impressed
