Packaging was perfect and the Hibiscus arrived in perfect condition. Shipped super-fast and I had it in a few days even though it came long distance (from Florida), I have already transplanted it into a pot and can't wait for it to bloom (it came with three buds). Great seller, A+++, highly recommend !!!

I wanted them to reimburse me for the extra shipping charge or send me a free plant for the problem but they didn't care at all!

Some of the leaves had brown tips but not surprising as they traveled all over Florida, going from Jacksonville to Tallahassee and then back to Jacksonville to Tallahassee before being delivered. Packing was very good which insured the plants arriving in good condition.
