  After selecting this (much advertised product), I placed an order and paid for it. Three days later I was informed by the seller that the product is not available in the selected colour and I could cancel the order. I cancelled the order and was fully refunded. However, this same product (sandals) is still advertised by the seller at my size - I see that several pairs are available! Not happy with the experience, I would have preferred to duly receive the item! Not looking at this seller again.

  Conoscevamo già il prodotto, quindi è stato acquistato in base alle esigenze. In ogni caso era conforme alla descrizione sul sito. Unico neo lo spedizioniere (Bartolini nello specifico): il venditore ha spedito subito il pacco che già il giorno successivo era al deposito di Napoli ma per motivi che il corriere non definiva (leggevo solo che non era stato possibile effettuare la consegna) l'ho ricevuto dopo 6 giorni. Magari il problema era dovuto al periodo di ferie (fine agosto), e ci può stare.

  The Birks were just as advertised. Ordered on a Sunday night, delivered in Ohio from Italy on Wednesday. WOW, really fast shipping! Would definitely buy from seller again.

  Exceptional seller with fast shipping and product as described. I’m glad I was able to get my item for not that much more than what it would’ve cost over here in the USA. Especially due to my size not being sold here in the USA. I would gladly use the seller again for any other shoes or other items that I would need to import from Europe.

  The shoes arrived within a week, (Italy to Kentucky). Outer box was a bit beat up, but the quality of the boot box wasn’t damaged. Shoes were the exact size I ordered, for the price and availability this is your best place to order these to be shipped to the US. For US sizes order a size up, (I’m a size 11 US (EUR 44) and I Ordered a Size 12 (EUR 45) They didn’t have them in stock initially, so I contacted them when they’d be in stock and they replied less than 12 hours later!
