Welcome! We are a small, family-run farm & Eatery here in always sunny California, where we grow most of the chilies we sell. We grow them totally organically, and what we don't grow, we source from local, small, organic farms. We do try to find the best Teas, Herbs, Chilis, Salts & Spices that are available worldwide.

Smokey Goodness is back after 23yrs on the back burner we always wanted to look for Zedd's lost recipes from the 60s & 70s. Zedd was a Legend back in the days when chili farms were family-run. Zedd was known as a legendary Chili Farmer, Dry Master, Smoke Jocky & Master Blender. Zedd kept all his secrets in a tote as rumor had it. Zedd did do a lot of writing about all 4 of his talents, nobody knew where he kept that tote or if it even existed.     Shipping was a bit slower than I'd expect but it still got here. Product says it is organically grown but is not certified organic or at least I cannot find the labeling saying so. I still took the seller at their word and ordered. Made some adobo sauce with my purchase and, EXCELLENT.
