  I had to get EBay involved when these sandals arrived stretched out through the instep, as my photos showed. Then, once I sent them back, she refunded only the shoes, not the Shipping. As both a buyer and a Seller on EBay, I’ve never done a bait & switch like this! By accepting the return and not issuing a full refund, she lied in order to save a few dollars. Thank goodness most Sellers are more honest and want a happy customer. She just isn’t one of them. Suggest you find another Seller. 🌷

  You were only sent a refund for the sandals since when they arrived back, I sent you pictures showing that these sandals were not stretched out and fit perfectly on my foot since explaining these were mine. For the record, Ebay deducted the shipping and ruled in my favor. It seems they have had problems with you before. This may be why.
