  NOT New. The cover is removable and upon inspection it was full of dirt and obviously previously used. They cleaned the outside but, well, not the inside. Selling used (pulled from dead units, I assume) as new is NOT NICE and consumer fraud. You should be barred from eBAY for doing this. Most of these can be cleaned and made usable but they're not worth the price asked when they're not actually NEW parts as claimed.
