  Item description states new but clearly an open box with finger prints all over. All parts were removed from the protective bags and not repackaged before shipment. As result, there were scratches on the valve trim. Seller offered free return, but due to time sensitivity of the project I've decided to keep it. Inaccurate product description and failure to repackage opened item before shipment led to this negative review.

  The item was opened and inspected prior to shipment. The items were packaged in their original packaging plus bubble wrap bags to ensure safety during transit. The buyer messaged us about this issue and we offered to send a pre-paid return label immediately. We also had insurance on the item w/ USPS. Unfortunately we cannot control how rough couriers are with mail. The buyer refused the return the item & it appears the buyer wants to keep the item and get a full refund. That is not an option.
