  I received the item in perfect condition inside excellent packaging, appeared to be the correct part and of good quality however after close examination the attachment points were different from the original , I could not use it. After contacting the seller about the issue they were sorry for the issue and were willing to replace it, however,due to time restraints I couldn’t wait for replacement. They then stated they would issue me a full refund, with out even returning it, excellent business!

  My item was delivered damaged. Totally not the sellers fault, as the delivery company obviously mishandled the package. I contacted them after I got it, and they immediately offered options to make it right. That's what really makes a good seller. Would absolutely buy from them again with no hesitation.

  I accidentally ordered two right side lights and they immediately seen the double order. Emailed me for verification and actually sent me the correct left and right side tail lights for my car with no issues and it was all my fault and they treated me like a number one customer these people are awesome.   I believe this is one of the best sellers I have ordered items from. I ordered the wrong item and the seller sent me what I had ordered in good condition, good quality and the appearance was good. I asked to return the item and the seller offered me an alternative which is a great value to me, so I accepted the offer. Again thank you very much.

  Unfortunately when i received this item the box was severely damaged and thus the item was too. When I contacted this buyer they responded promptly and made things right for me. Even though the item was damaged, my experience with this buyer and their helpfulness ended positively. I would purchase with this buyer again knowing they take care of their customers even when it’s not either’s fault.
