    Seller offered Best Buy on site and wouldn’t negotiate Package was sealed up so tightly it was almost impossible to open Had to get my husband to help me to open it because I was afraid I was going to damage the shirt opening it

    I am sorry you felt to lower a feedback rating for declined offer, but I don't really have to accept offers even if is listed as "make an offer" In the case of this item it was already 15% off & it was picked off by you on a "buy it now" apparently after a declined offer & you were happy to do so at that price at that time. Currently it is a $2.50 loss to me, so I wouldn't accept an offer for a bigger loss. The shipping was pressed tight in shipping by USPS, it left fluffy and easily opened here

    This book is so cute and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The seller packaged the book between two pieces of cardboard to make sure it didn’t get all bent up during shipping. Great book and excellent customer service.
