  Dept 56 CIC Salvation Army set arrived as described used. I think it looks NEW! Seller packaged well and shipped fast and reasonable. Manhattan looks like the big city I can remember as a child the Salvation Army was around the big department stores at the holidays. Value? Priceless.... for all the memories and Bob Hope!
