  The quality of the item itself was very nice, maybe on the small side... however I had problems with getting combined shipping on my purchases from this seller, they did end up sending all the items in one package but I still paid twice for shipping. Also communication was absolutely NON existent with the seller. And they sent the package without tracking on it despite the high shipping cost... so this would be a negatfive in my book. Good communication is KEY.

  Difficult to reply when we are on holiday. We have a good communication record , we have traded on ebay for 20+ years being one of ebays best traders. Unfortunately international shipping is expensive which is something we cant avoid, we also have employees to look after, and this is reflected in costs. We did refund some of the international postage as a gesture of goodwill. We feel this is unfair criticism. Please look at our overall record.
