  Seller only sent half of order, they have been contacted, there response was, whatever eBay says we will do, no refund ,no apology , they have stolen money from me and couldn’t care a less.photos are as below, it was an international delivery, however in the past sellers have always been happy to either refund unsent iteams or re deliver the rest of the order, what can be done about this?
