  I ship in 1 business day (unless specified in the listing) I don't know of any shipping delay. I also recall you returned the item (took nearly a month to send it back) and you seemed upset that I wanted you to return it. You simply wanted me to write off a nearly $60 item and refund the money. I can't do that and not sure who would!

  Poor communication lead to shipping when it could have been possibly avoided. Product myself is great however communication was not present when a question was asked.

  I'm glad you were pleased! I got the message to "Please Ship Immediately" which I did. My records show Tracking number provided on 4/29 and package delivered 5/1.
