  Neighbors have this dehumidifier and love it. The original order was for a new in box item. Unfortunately the compressor did not work. When I informed the seller they had me try some reset steps, but they didn't help. The seller then immediately sent me another (same model) unit, and, although this one was labeled refurbished and obviously used, it works just fine. They didn't require return of defective item. The seller was responsive and provided excellent customer service. Recommend!
