  Coasters were advertised as new but 3 out of 4 were chipped. Wish seller would have mentioned damage in description because I would not have purchased. When I reached out to let them know, they said they don't open sealed items to check for defects. They were not sealed. They had a rubber band around them and chips were clearly visible. Hard to believe they weren't seen when they were being packed. Listing photos conveniently left out damage. Seller is either being careless or deceitful.

  Unfortunately, these items do show chips. These were still in the original banded packaging Not an actual rubber band. I wish the buyer would have reached out to me before the 27 days they waited. I still would have offered a return but in the original message they stated Quote (I still like the coasters and am going to keep them). It appears to me, by the buyer's feedback left for others, they have had no fewer than 18 similar breakage issues over the last year.
