Das mechanische Element wurde in einem fünfmal größeren Karton als das Teil ohne jeglichen Schutz verschickt, es war nicht einmal mit Pappe abgedeckt. Der Versand aus dem Ausland ohne jeglichen Schutz kam kaputt an. Ein Käufer, der ein Teil in einer leeren Verpackung zurückschickt, sieht kein Problem und ist von unserer Einstellung überrascht. Gerne würden wir das Geld zurückerstatten,
