  The dish drainer arrived with a split but I contacted the seller who was excellent. They apologised and sent a new one with no quibble. When it arrived it looks perfect for camping with a good size area for draining and a designated area for cups, just as shown in the picture on line and it packs to about 1cm deep. Obviously I don’t yet know how durable it will be but so far I am very impressed both with the item and the seller.

  After taking delivery of my steps, I had to contact the seller as they were damaged. The seller responded quickly and sorted the problem immediately. First class service. The steps are superb quality, Excellent value for money and look very smart. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. Excellent. Thank you all very much!

  Wrong item sent, but seller couldn't have been more helpful. An apology was promptly given, the item was easy to return and a refund very promptly issued.
