  I am not sure why this time was marked as one that would except offers. The seller would not accept the two offers I sent. It should be marked as Buy It Now only. The quality of the item is excellent and I am happy to have been able to purchase it.

In this case, the dress was in season and recently reduced for a quick sale and had a lot of interest.
