  I’ve been spending good money and getting real to reels that have poor quality so you’re getting neutral feedback. I’m starting not to not trust eBay anymore.

  Hello, as mentioned in the description, this reel was NOT play tested. You must read the description of item(s) prior to buying. I see you are newer on eBay. I feel this feedback is very unfair. The reel may just need to be cleaned. You could’ve contacted us to help resolve the issue, and more than likely that would have resulted in a full refund.
