  Arrived on time in new condition. Shipped expedited but not receive a working tracking number and contacted the seller who was quick to respond to tell me the delivery date (and provided a tracking number that didn't work), and the item arrived at that date. Overall satisfied, but would have liked a working tracking number. Rated seller highly since the item did arrive on time.

  Seller has repeatedly refused to make right on a $119.00 electronic item that was damaged in shipment, after they packaged it in a poly mailer with no padding or wrap of any kind, and the box tore open due to a hard impact. The battery won't charge and they are telling me to contact the manufacturer. But it was damaged due to the seller's own negligence. Do not buy from this seller unless you want to have to contact eBay just to get your $100 back. What a terrible way to run a business.

  I received the item and the post office had it in a bag because the way it was shipped ripped open. Thank goodness the bottle was not damaged. I am giving a positive review because I just wanted to tell you that the shipping bag was torn open and maybe for your larger bottles you should pack them a little more secure. Everything worked out and your pricing is very competitive. Thank you and I am very happy with your product.👍🏼

  I received this mouse for my grandson new in box. Unfortunately, it did not work. I contacted Iogear to be sure I wasn't doing something wrong, but they told me it was just a defective unit. As soon as I let secret toy boxxx know, they immediately sent a replacement, which they kindly tested, and it works great! My grandson is very happy. Customer service was fabulous.

  Prefect item! Reasonable price! Fast shipping! Packaging could have been more discreet. If you held it up to a light you could see exactly what it was through the padded mailer. But, it was packaged well.

  The HP DVD drive was very well packed and arrived in excellent shape! Shipping was fast and free. This was an excellent value for a OEM DVD drive. I would buy from this seller again!
