My daughter helpfully pushed and twisted her mouthpiece in really hard and then sheepishly appeared to explain what had happened. I tried warming it and using a lubricant several times but no luck. A repair shop was going to try the same and then use this tool. It was more or less the same cost to take it to a repairer or to buy the tool so thought I'd give it a go myself. Put the tool on, a couple of turns and a few seconds later and it was off.
