  We needed this stencil for a project with a deadline & chose this item based on the date ranges the posting indicated the item would be delivered but it didn’t arrive until the week after we needed it. The tracking shows the item made it to Idaho (where we live) on time but then it ended up going to El Paso, Texas then New Mexico followed by Colorado before returning to Idaho. We no longer have a use for this item but the seller doesn’t permit returns and refused to file a claim with USPS.
