  After the purchase had been made and a shipping label generated the seller realized/decided they didn’t charge enough for shipping. I can either pay more (no, the listing was clear), they will ship without the frame (no, that’s why I bought yours - for more I might add), or they will just cancel and refund. THEIR mistake is my problem. As a seller I’ve ate shipping countless times, it’s how it goes.

  I packed the framed poster very carefully to ship across the country. I realized that the $5 that EBay estimated was not going to be enough. I contacted the buyer to let them know than more shipping was needed. Offered to ship just poster, which is how EBay estimated the postage. Buyer did not want to pay for additional shipping and said to cancel order. I was up front about everything. I gave a full refund.
