  Seller never shipped item. I requested to cancel and the seller denied the request stating it had been shipped but it never was. After never receiving the item, I requested a refund and the seller never responded. I had to ask eBay to get involved to get a refund.

  Shipping was fast! I didn’t mention after purchase as I still would’ve bought, but bag is missing stitches on each side of the dowel under flap that wasn’t in description or pics—adding pics so seller can see what to look for in future. Luckily, they’re in the seam with no leather rips, so I can repair myself. Rest was as described. Bag was flat & shoved in mailbox due to shipping in floppy mailer—suggest using boxes to preserve structure and decrease dents from hardware. Would buy from again.

  Posting stated item came with zip-out liner. Upon receiving the jacket there was no zip-out liner. I immediately contacted the seller I was given 3 different contradicting explanations regarding the liner. This transaction total was $246 US / $339 Cdn. I asked the seller to refund me $70 US of the $246 US for the liner she refused stating she no longer had the proceeds from the sale.
