  The item described as “brand new and has never been used” and “doesn’t have flaws or imperfections”. I paid for the price but disappointed. There are scratches at the back of both shoes and on top of the left shoe. Pictures attached. It is very obvious that it’s been used. I bought Tieks from other seller that said new without original packaging at half the price, which I am happy I received as described.
