  SHORT STORY On a 1-5 scale I would give seller a 2. I first thought a 1 would be appropriate, but they did finally refund my money; however I had to threaten to file a complaint with eBay to get it. LONG STORY Ordered 6/16. Scheduled delivery 6/24 - 6/30. Seller didn't ship until 6/23. Arrived 7/21. Item not as shown in listing photo and arrived broken. Seller initially refused complete refund. Seller replied to emails quickly, but wasn't helpful in resolving issues.

  Container was held at customs and after 3 weeks seller refunded price. Very nice and tried to expedite clearance. Not sellers fault. Still give 5stars for customer service. Thank you
