  Speedy delivery and inexpensive, packaging was fine. Unfortunately, the item -described as NWT - smelled badly of cigarette smoke. After a thorough washing, the smell cleared up. Would buy from kind seller again, but not clothing items.

  Too much money for value of item. Picture was poorly framed. It needed cardboard backing and dust cover. Hanger was barely held by two staples. Frame was worn and many small holes and needed paint. Had to have it reframed. Feel like I was taken advantage of.
