  The tripod was essentially new and unused for a great price - it was packed well and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, it was not apparent that it was a "lesser" and smaller version than the deteriorated tripod I was trying to replace. My telescope would be too heavy for this light duty tripod. Please see the photos and note the height and thickness of the legs. I wish I could have used it. Sorry.
