  Quality was excellent. I just didn’t get the size I wanted , which was a man’s size 8. The seller kept insisting that, because I’m a woman, what I really wanted was a man’s size 7 “which was the equivalent of a woman’s size 8”. What I received was 2 pair of size 7 moccasins. They are snug but comfy on my left foot, but after 5 minutes are like a torture device on my right foot. I messaged him asking where to send them to exchange for a size 8 and have not gotten a response.

  Excellent item. The problem was, I wanted a man’s size 8 even though I’m a woman . The seller insisted on converting it to a man’s size 7 which “is the equivalent of a woman’s size 8”. What I received was the size 7 which is snug on my left foot, but like a torture device on my right foot if I have it on for more than 5 minutes. I messaged him about where to send them to exchange them for a size 8. He never replied. I’m sure he meant well, otherwise I would give him a negative review.

  Great feel and quality. We have purchased another popular brand out of Hawaii that was going to be double the price. (To be fair, though, they offer a lot more styles) But these were custom fit and my wife is THRILLED!!!!
