  The shipping was extremely fast and the air fresheners were new and in original sealed packaging. However, it was the wrong scent. It was not the scent pictured in the description. Took a few days but the seller did get back to me and easily agreed to a no hassle return.

  I contacted Shark for replacement filters and parts to refurbish my vac ( Shark Matrix UR2360) and they were out of stock and unavailable elsewhere. I saw this listing for model RV2310 on eBay and decided to try, as the description and photos looked to be similar to mine and seller offered returns.
