We are a brick and mortar store that ships all over the U.S. and its protectorates. We have been in business since December 2000. We ship everything in poly mailer bags. If you would like your order to be double boxed, a.k.a. the shoe's box inside of a cardboard box then you must leave a note in your order requesting it. Before leaving feedback please contact us for a resolution if you have any issues with your order. We don't hassle customers for returns. Unless the item is marked as final sale no returns then we will accept it for a return so long as it comes back new in box in unused condition. We process our orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment and we ship every day Monday through Saturday. Sunday is the only day that has no outbound shipments but we still process orders.
