  Seller tried from their end to what appeared to be lobby. Photo weds. Showed it was an emergency exit. Appeared to have electric work tickets. So as mentioned I would give seller a possitive review and not seller or my doing. So yes new as described looks like it is an amazing product good thank you. If I can get it to work a good value. Has keychain to attach as well thank you would recommend seller a lot of work all on this one. Item looks great. A+ seller and I had to put more work into this

  The kit arrived missing both the spring tool and the springs. After a few days of back and forth, the seller made a full refund. Shipping was very slow. I gave positive because the seller's customer service was good.

  Haven't received my item yet. Had been 5 days and seller is only a few hours away. Sent fake tracking number. Seller said it was on its way but 2 more days have past with nothing!! Not a good ebayer!!

  The appearance p***** me off the box that the pin comes in. Was completely crushed. The plastic inside of the box that held the pin was completely crushed. It's unacceptable to ship an item to customers this way. The item works, but I'll never order anything from this cellar again. They need to figure things out. And ship things out properly. So people don't start returning their items. I don't understand what's going on.You can't
