  My order came to me with damage to the package and i found that 2 of the cables were missing. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I could have denied the order and send it back but he assured that he would send the missing items. Which he did and made a happy customer.Many thanks to this seller and I will order again i'm sure some time or other. Thank you Cody.

  Somehow, the package was halfway through its USPS route when the USPS decided that there was not sufficient postage and the package would not be delivered. That is vital information that the seller needs to know WHEN the item is shipped. I informed the seller about the situation, and they promptly sent out another package. Excellent customer service. I recommend this seller with 100% confidence.

  Fast shipping, as described, seem to work so far. Communication was good. Packaging was not good, they were loose inside of the sipping bag and when it was opened they went flying all over the place.
