  I appreciate this seller/store looking out for its customers and being straightforward. There was a little hiccup with the tracking number that prompted me to believe the order hadn’t arrived, but it was just a mistake on the carrier tracking info. I contacted the seller and he was more than gracious to fix the issue. Thank you for your quick response and actions, greatly appreciated.

  After the purchase was made, the seller immediately notified me and was apologetic that he was out of stock. he sent me pix of other models and let me choose which one I liked best. Three days later, I got a better watch than the one I ordered primarily, and I love it. Great communication, fair, and timely are how I would describe this experience.
