  This does not fit. I called the manufacturer and they were instantly familiar with the problem. Seems I'm not the first. TC232EN is a correct part number. What is being sold by this and many other sellers on ebay is a TC232ED. A TC232ED uses a smaller water pump, two different mounting holes and has a very small application. I do not think this cover is manufactured by Engine Quest. The casting and mashing are considerably different. I purchased A TC232EN from the manufacturer and it fit fine.

  The value was great, but the box it came in was completely destroyed causing damage to the part. It was not shipped or packaged properly. Complete lack of care by the shipper and seller.

  We do not ship boxes destroyed or with holes, gashes, and in that kind of shape. The post office wont even allow you to ship out mangled boxes. The box was sent new, with each individual Shock wrapped and separated, we are not capable of stopping a courrier from mishandling and destroying our boxes, and providing negative feedback for something outside of our control is entirely unfair. A refund is being provided and a claim is being made with the post office.
