  Ordered 3 pairs of knickers with labels , I only received 2 pairs stuffed in a plastic bag with no labels when I contacted the seller I was just met with a bad attitude no apology at all I was offered another pair to be sent in a different size which is no good and I wanted to return as they had no labels so I the item was not as described or pictured. I returned the item and then got a message from the seller saying I wasn’t entitled to a refund as I only sent back 2 pairs luckily EBay refunded
