  I have ordered from this company before and had great service from ordering to delivery. This time was even better than the first time if that's possible. It is great quality and arrived from California i to Texas in about 3 days in great condition and was exactly what I ordered. You can not beat the value and it looked better this time. I have them as a saved seller and I'll keep ordering their shading material every year. I highly recommend this company.

  Excellent packaging, timely delivery. Pole is very well made and easy to assemble. A racoon broke it off at its base with a birdfeeder hanging from it. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement at no charge which they didn't have to do. Thank you very much to a 5 star seller who went more than the extra mile.
