  Arrived ahead of time. A lovely violin. Sweet tone and overall well-made. Sounds great amplified, really impressed with the natural sound doesn't sound too electric. That's exactly what I was hoping for. No rosin but plenty of other accessories. My one little niggle is that the strings were not evenly spaced at the nut/scroll end. I will take it to my local violin repair shop and get them to fix it. Thanks I certainly won't send it back as the violin is very good and excellent value.

  Sent completely different neck with damage, offered to send a new fret board for me to fix the neck, the finish was absolutely shocking, see attached photos, bog on the fretboard, frets were crooked, eventually offered a 15gpb refund which I took knowing it was going to cost me more to send it back
