  The mic body was in brand-new condition and arrived intact with no damage. Unfortunately, there was an incompatibility issue with my older PG58 mic body's circuit board which prevented the battery terminal connections from connecting to the new body. The difference wasn't apparent until I opened my mic's body and removed the circuit board. I contacted the seller, explained the situation and they immediately offered a refund. Top-notch experience, with an unfortunate incompatibility issue.
