  It run 2 times then stop and the seller doesn’t cover warranty.

  This is not correct, we honor the 2 year factory warranty and Cardo honors the 2 year factory warranty also. You simply need to send the unit to us with a note describing problem including name, phone number and return mailing address with a copy of your invoice that would have been in the shipment box upon receipt. We do not accept returns after 30 days for money back, however we do honr the warranty. Thank you
