  I was looking forward to receive the dcs578. It came exactly as described. It Angles forward and side ways to enable angled cuts. I love sellers that i do not have to contact. So, kudos on that, SignificantServices. This is great value for the price - even including the shipping! It came brand new - original packaging. Looks wonderful, I fell in love with it all over again. :-) I installed the battery and started the saw, this top quality machine. I just love it and I am sure you will, too.

  This product is exactly as listed: new NOT in original box/package. It is a brand new, 2025 product in perfect working order. This drill was sold at an excellent price with free shipping. It was delivered 3 business days after ordering. Sometimes buying power tools on-line finds you with something that looks used or is old stock that has been sitting for years. This is not the case with this seller. I expect that I will purchase from them again. AAA+++

  The price was good! Communication with the seller is terrible, takes forever to get a response and even then there is no real sense of a conversation. I believe they are using AI to handle the messaging. Was supposed to come with a XC 5.0ah battery as pictured but instead came with a XC 3.0ah battery. Asked for a partial refund for the price difference in batteries and received it. Never received an apology for sending the wrong stuff in the first place.
