    Our Story
    SIIL Ostomy started because of a friend.

    When someone close to us got an ostomy, we saw how hard it was to find products that felt comfortable, supportive, and not overly medical. Belts were bulky, underwear didn’t fit right, and nothing felt truly made for them.

    So we decided to change that.

    We created SIIL Ostomy to offer garments that look good, feel great, and support real life—swimming, working out, going out, or just feeling confident again.

    What began with one friend has now grown into a global community of ostomates who inspire everything we make.

    Support. Intimacy. Independence. Love.
    That’s what SIIL stands for. And that’s how we started.

    Yeah you're small. Does not do a 32-in waist. You ought to change that. I should have got the medium. I shouldn't have listened to your stupid thing. Now it's too tight so I'll order a cheaper one in the medium and I guess I'll just throw this one away

    Hello, I’m Ana, I hope you’re doing well.. I’m really sorry to hear the size didn’t feel comfortable for you. I totally understand how frustrating that must be. Our Small size fits 29.5–34.3 inches, so for a 32-inch waist you’re right in the middle and sometimes it can feel snug, depending on body shape. The Medium (34.6–38.2 in) usually gives a more relaxed fit.
