  Unable to comment as not received item yet. Co.pany requested I alter my review so I have. I have marked feedback as neutral as the customer service response needs work as the response se was abrupt and not professional. What was a customer looking forward to product arriving for my craft project has now turned tainted.

  Very unfair customer. I am always professional. They hastily left unfair negative feedback before even giving me less than an hour to respond to their message. It had only been one day after the estimated delivery date & i professionally stated that 2nd class can be slow sometimes which is out of our control, i was very polite & not abrupt at all. How they can say that was unprofessional is beyond me. Some people are not happy unless they make negative unfair comments about a small business
