    The item arrived very quickly and packaged well as requested. It needed us to add more silk flowers to fill the gaps as it was quite bare looking and my friend was really upset & disappointed when it arrived (and no time to return it as it was her husbands funeral) Probably best to go to a shop and see what you are buying as a picture online is deceiving.

    The way in which these talk to customers is absolutely shocking! I ordered one word and got them 2 separate words! I when ordering others were told they were bespoke when she clearly sells them and also at £5 less than she charged me! Awful and would never recommend! Check her Facebook too because so many unhappy people! You are beneath them, spoken to like dirt and products aren’t right! Won’t refund even if damaged as our other one was. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! Buy elsewhere
