  Seller refuse to take responsibility for one of the headphones being broken and blamed it on the shipping folks however, the packaging was not damaged. So how is it possible that only the item inside was damaged? Hummmm!!! I do not recommend this seller to anyone.

  I only suggested that item may have been damaged while shipping as item was not broken prior to shipping. Offered free return and buyer declined.

  Item came exactly as listed and shown in the photographs, and was expertly packaged with enough bubble wrap for such a behemoth of a keyboard lol! Having an absolute joy with it now, was thrilled to find one in this condition. Shipping was very quick as well. Big thank you to Mike at Silver Dragon Wares, and I would highly consider purchasing again from him in the future.
