  The seller claimed that the figurine was brand new and undamaged. The figure arrived with a detached leg (torn off). The packaging is very reliable, so the figurine was originally broken by the seller.

  I'm very this was your experience. It was fully inspected, and from the photos the figure was fully intact. I wished you let me know when you received it so i could help you, instead of waiting over a month to report any issue was had.

  Beautiful album. Only issue is a small tear on the cover. But items was sealed and it didn’t appear to be shipping related, so it most likely was a distributor fault and not the seller’s. It’s relatively minor. Otherwise very happy. Item was shipped and packaged with care. Arrived very quickly.
