  After the first carrier [Evri] failed to deliver item after numerous attempts to communicate with them, the seller went over and above customer service by sending a replacement next day delivery with FEDEX that arrived as intended. Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and communication from the seller! Thank you so much! Will be a return customer.

  I cannot click onto negative this company refused to issue £126 pound on a second curtain that was ordered by mistake the first curtain arrived cannot complain the second curtain did not leave there company so now they have declined to refund a curtain I cancelled and never received Stay away from theses thieving people
