  I received my purchase broken. I contacted the seller and for a 50$ purchase, they offered 10$ reimbursement. I asked if they had another figurine in stock, and they said NO. the seller offered a different figurine, but only after I shipped back the broken one. First. Of all, if I wanted the offered one, that would have been my original purchase. Btw… The reason it was broken was the terrible way it was prepared for shipping! No results and I’m out 50$.

  The purchase in question was a $25 item. When you contacted me, I advised you to open up a return for the damage item, or I could provide a $10 credit for the item if you wanted to keep it. You asked if I had another figurine, I advised that I did not but I had a similar item that I could send and sent you a picture. You indicated that you would like the similar item. I asked you to open a return and ship back the original item and as soon as I received it I would ship out the other item.
